Biography
Denise Cheney is the founder and lead counsel for Denise V. Cheney, PLLC. Her principal areas of practice are real estate, development, water rights and construction law. Denise has over 40 years of experience in representing governmental entities and private sector clients in these areas. She represents real estate developers in the acquisition of land and the development and sales of multifamily and condominium projects, and residential contractors in the construction of multifamily and condominium projects. Denise represents cities, counties and other local governments in the acquisition and leasing of real estate, competitive procurement requirements for construction projects, and in negotiating and drafting architect and construction documents for construction projects.
